Product Description

The easYgen-3200-1-P2 is a generator set controller suitable for peak shaving, AMF, cogeneration, stand-by operations, and more. This Woodward genset control has several load transfer features including soft loading/unloading, interchange, open/closed transition, and mains parallel. There are Auto, Stop, Load/No Load test operation modes, as well as a Manual mode for manual breaker control.

Additional breaker control features are:

• Open-close control
• Breaker monitoring
• Phase matching / slip frequency synchronization

This controller is one of the Package 2 versions available in the easYgen-3000 series, so it includes a few things not found in the P1 versions. P2 models have three PID controllers, which are freely configurable, and they monitor engine cylinder temperature. The P2 versions also have more I/Os than the P1 models, including external analog inputs (16) and outputs (4) via CANopen. Like other 3200/3500 models in the easYgen-3000 series, this genset controller has an LCD and soft keys built into the unit’s plastic housing. The password-protected operator interface allows for direct configuration of easYgen-3200-1-P2 and its connected gensets (up to 32). The unit may also be managed remotely via PC using Woodward’s ToolKit software.
