Product Description

Genset controller module 8440-2095 is one of the models that is labeled as an easYgen-3500-1 model and is used for complex breaker applications. The 8440-2095 model can be used as part of an automatic segment controller, the controller is also made from plastic and has encased softkeys which are used for configuring the operations of the controller. 

The controller has many different inputs and outputs many of which are specifically used for easYgen-3500-P2 models which this controller is not. There are many differences between models such as an easYgen-3500-P2 and easYgen-3500-1 one of which is that the easYgen-3500-P2 models have counter pulses which the easYgen-3500-1 models do not. If you wish to connect a series of gensets the best model to choose is an easYgen-3500model such as the 8440-2095 model with LS-5 applications which will help with multi-grid multi-segment applications. 

One key feature of the 84402-95 model is the interactive screen which is a five-point seven-inch, three-hundred twenty by two-hundred forty mm pixilated color graphic LCD screen, which has a clear menu structure which is vital when being used to help with the operation and navigation of the controller. 

When using the easYgen-3500 models there are two packages, the P1 package, and the P2 package, there are different discrete alarm inputs that are within the two packages, for the P1 package there are twelve discrete alarms, nine of which can be configured, which would be ideal for the 8440-2095 model; with the P2 package, there are twenty-three discrete alarms, twenty of which can be configured.
