Controller model number 8440-2089 is produced by Woodward INC and is labeled under the easYgen-3000 series. This controller has an alternate label that is specific to the easYgen series that part being easYgen-3500XT-P2. There are specific analog inputs that are used with a P2 series model such as this one, the P2 series of modes have two different types of analog inputs, the type two isolated analog input operates at zero to ten voltage or at zero to twenty milliampere, if the type three input is being used then it will operate at 0-250 Ohms, or 0-2500 Ohms. 

The analog outputs on the P2 series models also differ from the P1 series of easYgen 3000 models, the power supply of type two will be zero/four tor twenty milliampere and will typically have a resolution output of twelve bit. The 8440-2089 controller’s dimensions are 250 mm by 228 mm by 84 mm, these dimensions are specifically for the P2 series models and the P1 series models have different dimensions than the P2 series of models. 

The type two and type three analog inputs on the 8440-2089 controller can ONLY be used with a P2 series model, please do not attempt to use the type two and three inputs with a P1 series model, there is also a P2 series specific analog output also labeled as a type two, again ONLY use a P2 series model with the corresponding parts.
