Product Description

Part number 8440-2045 is manufactured by Woodward Inc, the part is from the easYgen-3000 series, and has an alternate part number of easYgen-3400-5 Marine. The easYgen-3400 Marine models are made up of aluminum and can be used in severe environments and is an affordable single operation generator set control system. Your controller is equipped with a feature that allows for MTU ADEC, Special Scania S6, CAT ADEM,  Deutz EMR2, MAN MFR/EDC7 & SaCos,  SISI EEM, Woodward E3, Cummins, Volvo EMS2 & EDC4 ECU support. 

If transformers are being used with your chosen application there are adjustable vector groups as well configurable voltages that can be used to help the synchronization process. Your controller comes with the capability to be connected to a remote panel. If desired your controller can be used by itself as a stand-alone emergency generator. Your controller also comes with a feature that allows for discrete and analog I/O expansion board connectivities, the specific models that should be used are the Phoenix Contact IL and Woodward IDK 1 series. 

There are many different technical specifications that are required to run your controller. The power supply is 12/24 but can be used in the range of 8 to 40 Vdc. The intrinsic consumption on your controller should have a maximum of seventeen watts.
