Part number 8440-1845 is from the easYgen-3000 series designed by Woodward Inc for use with generator sets or Genset applications. The 8440-1845 model can be used with a wide array of applications, such as cogeneration/distributed generation, AMF, peak-shaving, and import-export just to name a few. This part also comes with a wide variety of different features, one of those features being the load transfers, the load transfer features are used for interchange, soft loading/unloading, mains parallel, and open/closed transition applications. 

You should note that the alternate part number for this control unit is the easYgen-3100-5-P2. The easYgen-3200-5 model is housed in plastic and has an LCD screen that will display all of the alarms, operations, etc. that are occurring on the controller. The intrinsic power consumption on your controller needs to be a maximum of nineteen watts, anything higher than this will indicate a potential error and your controller will not work as needed. Please make sure that as you are installing your controller it is going into the correct place, this controller will need to be mounted in a cabinet rather than on the front panel of the device you are connecting your controller to. The sine sweep vibration frequency range of your model should be between five hertz and one-hundred hertz.
