Manufactured by Woodward INC, the easYgen-320 model is one of four Genset control modules released by the company in their easYgen-300 series.  This series is designed to offer generator and engine protection, generator set controls, and engine crank sequencing along with generator voltage measurement. The easYgen-320 has an additional GCB (generator circuit breaker.) Woodward INC is the world’s largest, oldest independent manufacturer of control system components designed for power generation, mobile industrial equipment, and industrial engines and turbines.  

The easYgen-320 has two terminal strips located on the back surface of its surface.   Different wiring setups will be necessary depending on the needs and end-use of the module. Only well-trained technicians should attempt to install or maintain this equipment. Make sure that during installation and operation you wear appropriate clothing which will limit the static electricity between yourself and the control. 

The easYgen-320 includes a front panel with an HMI display. This panel allows for on-site configuration and operation of the module through various pushbuttons.  The module also allows for remote start via discrete input. The panel is designed with multiple LED indicators, a seven-digit alphanumeric display, a stop button with LED, and an up and down toggle. There is also a scroll button that will allow an operator to advance through various operating parameters and values.
