The Woodward easYgen-2000 series 8440-1856 control is available for purchase, repair, or refurbishment at AX Control INC. When setting up your control there are several wire sizes that you can choose from to pair with your control. One of the AWG wire sizes that can be paired with the 844-1856 control is the 10 AWG wire, the square millimeter of this wire will equal six. 

The generator voltage of the control can be measured on several different terminals, the terminals being terminals fourteen through terminal twenty-one. If using terminals eighteen and nineteen the generator voltage will be reading at 120 Vac for terminal eighteen and 480 Vac for terminal nineteen. 

When operating the control when looking at the main screen of the terminal there are several basic sections that you will observe. There will be values; status and alarms messages which show accurate operating information; a single-line diagram, and softkeys. The softkeys on the control screen allow for navigation between levels and functions, along with operation and configuration. 

Be extremely careful that while using your control if you use the stop mode during operation that it under no circumstances is the same as the emergency stop system on the control. If you are using an emergency stop input it will be programmed within the status and alarms message as an F-class alarm.
