Summary

The Woodward 9907-018 is a model in the 2301A series of load sharing and speed controls. This series is meant for use in multi-unit electrical generator systems. This is a low-voltage (20-40VDC) model in the series. It is forward-acting and uses a single actuator with a current of 0-200mA. This model is CE-marked in compliance with the EU Low Voltage and EMC Directives for European operators. Additionally, the 9907-018 is CSA certified for use in ordinary locations in the US and Canada. This model does not come with the optional deceleration ramp.

Operational Features

The 9907-018 uses a self-contained load sensor in order to optimize the functions of the unit. This unit can control the load sharing and speed of diesel, gasoline, or gas engines as well as steam or gas turbines. The 0-200mA signal of this unit is designed for use with Woodward EG, PB, EGB, 2301, and TM actuators. All the potentiometers of this unit may be accessed easily from the front of the unit housing.
