Product Description

AX Control INC offers the 9905-038 2301A Woodward Load Sharing and Speed Control. The 9905-039 control is a reverse-acting individual actuator high voltage model with a 0-200 mA current, this model is offered with a deceleration ramp. As this is a high voltage model it can be powered by 88-132 Vac or 90-150 Vdc. As this control is a high voltage model it is extremely important that while the engine that the control is connected to is running wires that are attached to the terminals four through nine should not be disconnected, if for any reason this were to occur it can cause injury as open circuits to pose the risk of having critically high voltages.

When connecting shielded wires to your control look at the terminals and assess if they must be open or closed for the control to properly function, for example, if using terminals seventeen, eighteen, and nineteen each terminal has a specific use and whether or not it should be open or closed. For terminal seventeen it must be open for minimum fuel; terminals eighteen and nineteen are respectively closed, the eighteenth terminal is used to override the loss of the speed signal, and the nineteenth terminal is used for the rated speed.

While using your control the loss of speed signal while likely position the actuator potentiometer at the start-fuel level only when the failed speed signal is initiated, note that since this control is a reverse acting model it is not advised that the start-fuel limit not be used.
