Product Description
Woodward INCs 2301A Load Sharing and Speed Control series has a plethora of models which we offer here at AX Control. The 9905-034 model is one of those units, this specific model is a high voltage, forward acting model with an actuator current of 0-200, this model is a dual actuator model. While using the 9905-034 unit, if the speed of the power unit is not being properly monitored during the operation of the model and prime mover the two cannot sufficiently respond to any of the load changes, due to this possibility it can be expected that the prime mover and control will have stability issues and the two will not function properly.
Paralleling of the control is possible and mainly used for droop mode and isochronous mode, if you wish to select isochronous operation of the load sharing control connect the auxiliary contact of the generator tie-breaker from terminal zero (the usage of this terminal is strictly for high voltage models and should not be used when operating a lowe voltage model) to terminal fourteen. If you wish to adjust the parallels for any reason the droop and load gain potentiometers can be adjusted by turning the two clockwise slowly.
While operating the control with the prime mover if the prime mover refuses to share the load with the other units the cause is likely that the speed settings are off or unequal, if they are unequal remedy the situation by settings the speed setting on all units to the same making sure that they are indistinguishable from each other.
AX Control offers a one to a three-year warranty on this model, if interested in this product contact us by email or phone for more information.
