Product Description

Woodward INCs 2301A series is offered here at AX Control, one of those controls is the 9905-032 model, this specific model is yet another high voltage model, with a 0-400 actuator current, it is an individual actuator model and is forward acting. This unit is prone to electrostatic activity and thus when operating the control it is wise to avoid other materials that produce static activity such as clothing when operating it is insightful to wear clothes made of cotton or cotton-blended materials. 

When considering where this control should be located it is sensible to avoid areas that have a high level of vibration; another thing to consider is the temperature range of the operation, the range should be somewhere in the negative forty to positive seventy degrees celsius range. 

To operate the control properly the acceleration ramp, either idle or rated is zero to ten seconds, the switch must be activated, and be sure that terminals sixteen through nineteen are closed. When turning the potentiometer be sure that you don’t accidentally over-torque it.
