General

The 9905-030 is a forward-acting, high-voltage model in the 2301A series of load sharing and speed control devices from Woodward. This model's voltage is rated at 88-132VAC and 90-150VDC. This model uses a single actuator with a current rating of 0-200mA. Positional feedback from this actuator is not required for this model. The 9905-030 uses a load sensor that is entirely self-contained in order to determine the load of the system. 

Unit Features

The 9905-030 has adjustable and automatic start fuel limiting capabilities to help cut down on unnecessary engine wear and pollution during engine startup. This is accomplished by regulating the maximum fuel setting. The 9905-030 has 4 selectable speed ranges via a switch. These ranges are 500 to 1,500Hz, 1,000 to 3,000Hz, 2,000 to 6,000Hz, and 4,000 to 12,000Hz.This unit does not have a deceleration ramp.

Miscellaneous Specifications

The 9905-030 requires a minimum power capacity of 15W. The actuator output is rated for a maximum of 7.5VDC for 0-214mA with a 35 ohm coil. The load sharing rating for this model is +/-5% of the rated load with the speed setting matched. It is rated for 55% low idle speed. It can handle up to 4 Gs or 5-500 Hz of vibrations.
