Woodward INCs 2301A Load and Sharing Control unit 9903-327 is a control that can be set up with another control in the same series that when connected together uses the minimum fuel amount to control and power the unit that the 9903-327 has been connected to. This control is accessible in reverse-acting and forward-acting units for use with individual or dual actuators. This control is available in several voltage models, high-voltage or low-voltage, and must be used with a power supply that contains a minimum of 15 W.
When it comes to the speed and phase matching (SPM) synchronizer, the control needs to be linked by shielded wires, and stability throughout the synchronizer needs to be throughout the entirety of the synchronizer; the synchronizer and shield must not be directly connected. Peak performance is not always possible with the gain potentiometer at the highest clockwise setting; sometimes the potentiometer must be diminished in the slightest to secure stability under many different conditions.
This control contains twenty-nine terminals, terminals twenty and twenty-one connect the unit and the actuator, when connection the actuator and the control the positive lead must be connected to terminal twenty, and the negative terminal must be connected to terminal twenty-one; terminals twenty-five and twenty-six connect the SPM and the unit. The shield of the wires need not have an exposure of wire that is 50 mm or longer, having the exposed wire can lead to the unit not running properly.
