Product Description

The GMSG10S0 controller is part of the Graphite HMI Expansion Modules manufactured by Red Lion. This controller has a singular strain gage input and an input type of ±200 mV, ±33 mV, or ±20 mV. According to the Graphite HMI Brochure, attached above under the manuals tab, this module is labeled as a Data Acquisition Module.

Compared to other Data Acquisition Modules in this series this controller has fewer SSR control outputs, this module only has three compared to other modules which can have up to six. Note the analog outputs of this controller are in the range of zero/four to twenty milliamperes or ten volts which can be both positive or negative. 

As the GMSG10S0 controller is one of the Data Acquisition Modules it can support onboard input-output points, depending on the size of the model the module can support forty or sixty-four input-output points. Due to the advanced software that this module features this module can access files remotely and log many data points. If the module has a fault and the user is not able to be near the module, the module does have the capability to send SMS and or email messages to alert to the fault. 

One feature that is consistent within the Graphite HMI Expansion modules including the GMSG10S0 is the Crimson software. The Crimson software on this model allows for easy-use programming tools, the software also allows for different programming languages which include but are not limited to function block and ladder logic. Other programming languages can be found in the Graphite HMI Brochure.
