Product Description

Red Lion’s GMP2R000 controller is part of the Graphite HMI Expansion Module Series. This module is referred to as a Graphite Plug-In Module due to being a Full PID Controller. One key feature that excels this controller above others within this specific series is due to its ability to use a drag-and-drop feature, the drag-and-drop configuration allows for high-density multi-zone systems to be integrated and configured within a matter of minutes. Previous models without this feature required hours of PLC protocol customization. 

As a Full PID Controller, the GMP2R000 module has a specific PID input, the input associated with this module are dual PID loops. The dual PID loops use a relay input type, there are four relays used with this module. While other dual PID controllers within this series are equipped with an analog output this module does not have this feature. 

As with many of the modules within the Graphite HMI Expansion series the GMP2R000 controller is used with Crimson software. The Crimson software is a specific software used with Red Lion modules. The Crimson software helps simplify the setup of some of the most sophisticated applications within the series. The module can be used to define data tags and create intuitive user interfaces.
