New Surplus Factory Package: A completely unused product that is in the original factory package. The package may have been opened for the purpose of pictures, but the product has never been used or installed.

New Surplus AX Control Package: A completely unused product that has been removed from the original factory package. Often due to shelf wear or previous shipping, the factory package is not adequate and must be replaced with an ideal AX Control product package.

Reconditioned: All products that qualify as reconditioned have completed AX Control's thorough and detailed QA process and meet the requirements of excellent working condition and excellent cosmetic condition.

Product Description

The 6MDBN-12101 is a 230V 50/60 Hz 3 Phase M60 drive from Reliance Electric.  This unit has an output current rated at 12.0 Amps and an HP rating of 3 HP.  The drive does not include any sort of filter.  This is a Frame size B.  The unit has a shipping weight of 4.9 pounds.  It is 3.94 inches wide by 8.39 inches wide by 5.35 inches deep.  

This drive should be stored within temperature ranges of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius in relative humidity of zero to 95% non-condensing.  The drive is not designed for use or storage in corrosive environments.   It is designed for upright mounting on flat, level, and vertical surfaces.  The OEM recommendation for proper mounting includes the use of M4 screws on a panel with a minimum thickness of 1.9 mm, or the unit can be installed using a 35 mm DIN rail. 

The 6MDBN-12101 should be grounded using the drive safety ground.   This should conform to both national and local industrial regulations and codes. Please review your local code information to know exactly what needs to be done to meet the requirements. 

The 6MDBN-12101 includes an exterior cover that can be removed to access wiring terminals.  The unit’s wiring specifications can be accessed through various Reliance Electric manuals, datasheets, and user guides.  These documents should be reviewed before any sort of maintenance or installation is begun.
