The IS420ESWBH5A is an IONet Switch that was manufactured by GE Energy. This module was manufactured for the Mark VIe Series. The IS420ESWBH5A has the same features as previous ESWB modules, but this module inclues 2 fiber optic uplink ports.
There are a number of features that help with the high performance of the IS420ESWBH5A. Some of these are:
- 10/100 base copper with auto-negotiation
- HP-MDIX auto sensing
- two 100 Mbps FX uplink port

IS420ESWBH5A Installation Details
This switch has the ability to be mounted in multiple locations, hazardous and non-hazardous alike as well as in two different orientations.
The switch will be DIN-rail mounted and positioned on the long edge of the switch either parallel or perpendicular to the rail. When parallel mounted a 259B2451BVP1 clip is required. If this switch is replacing another in a third-party situation the switch can be panel mounted, panel mounting will use the screws that were used with the previous part.
