The IS230TICIH4A is a Contact Input Module from the Mark VIe Series. This module was manufactured by GE Energy. The IS230TICIH4A is comprised of an IS200TICI terminal board and up to three PDIA I/O packs.

The IS230TICIH4A has 24 point isolated voltage detection circuits that can sense a range of voltages across relay contacts, fuses, and switches. The IS230TICIH4A can be used for simplex, dual, and TMR applications, which means that one to three PDIA packs will be used for the module.
The IS230TICIH4A has several fault detection features on the board. The faults that can be detected are:
- Unplugged cable
- Failed ID chip
- Non responding contact input in test mode
There are no jumpers for configuration on the IS200TICI terminal board.
