The 10-point DC output module, the D0-10TD1, is manufactured by Automation Direct and belongs to their DirectLogic 05 series. It requires a base power of 5 Volts with a maximum current of 150 milliamps when all points are on. Additionally, the unit must be connected to an external DC power source that ranges from 20 to 28 Volts DC with a maximum current of 200 milliamps when all points are on. The output points are organized into 2 commons with 5 points per common. The D0-10TD1 requires the terminal type D0-ACC-4. While this output module is not equipped with a fuse, it does have an LED status indicator located near the top of the module on the faceplate. This indicator will glow green when the module is active. When powering the module on, expect a response time of fewer than 10 microseconds. Powering the unit off may take a bit longer but will respond in less than 60 microseconds.
All 10 of the output points on the D0-10TD1 are sinking. The module has an operating voltage range from 6 to 27 Volts DC with an output range of 5 to 30 Volts DC. Its peak voltage is rated at 50.0 Volts DC. The maximum output current the D0-10TD1 can sustain is 0.3 Amps per point or 1.5 amps per common. The minimum output current sustained by this module is 0.5 milliamps. Please note that the maximum leakage current for this output module is 15 microamps when operating at 30 Volts DC. The on-voltage drop is rated at 0.5 Volts DC at 0.3 amps. The maximum inrush current for this module is 1 Amp for 10 milliseconds.
