The DL05 Micro PLC Model D0-05DA has two RS–232C communication ports and 8 DC inputs and 6 AC outputs. The D0-05AD features operating modes that are accessed through a switch on the device or are available from a handheld programming device or optional DirectSOFT 5 programming software. The mode are useful for program testing purposes. This D0-05DA has several relevant personal ratings, such as:

• an external power requirement of 95-240 VAC, 30 VA maximum
• an input voltage range of 10.8-26.4 VDC
• an operating voltage range of 12-24 VDC
• an output voltage range of 15-264 VAC, 47-63 Hz
• an operating voltage range of 17-240 VAC, 47-63 Hz
• an ambient operating temperature of 32ºF-131ºF (0º to 55ºC)
• an ambient humidity of 5 to 95% relative humidity (non-condensing)

Inputs are organized into two banks of four. Each bank has an isolated common terminal, and can be wired as either sinking or sourcing inputs. Outputs are organized into two banks of three triac switches. Each bank has a common terminal. Port 1 on the D0-05DA is a 6-pin modular connector that can be connected to an operator interface, or other device containing optional programming software, such as DirectSOFT 5. Port 2 is a 6-pin modular connector and it offers RS-232 communications only. The DL05 Micro PLC D0-05DA offers data storage in V-memory in 16-bit registers and advanced internal diagnostics.
