New Surplus Factory Package: A completely unused product that is in the original factory package. The package may have been opened for the purpose of pictures, but the product has never been used or installed.

New Surplus AX Control Package: A completely unused product that has been removed from the original factory package. Often due to shelf wear or previous shipping, the factory package is not adequate and must be replaced with an ideal AX Control product package.

About the D0-05AA

The DL05 Micro PLC Model D0-05AA has two RS–232C communication ports and 8 AC inputs and 6 AC outputs. The DL05 Micro PLC D0-05AA offers ample program memory, 133 machine code programming instructions, and advanced internal diagnostics. Data is stored in V-memory in 16-bit registers. Several important voltage ranges for this D0-05AA include:

  • an external power requirement of 95-240 VAC, 30 VA maximum
  • an input voltage range of 80-132 VAC, 47-63 Hz
  • an operating voltage range of 90-120 VAC, 47-63 Hz
  • an output voltage range of 15-264 VAC, 47-63 Hz
  • an operating voltage range of 17-240 VAC, 47-63 Hz
  • a peak output voltage of 263 VAC

D0-05AA PLC Diagnostic Hardware

The D0-05AA contains 2 input commons and input fuses are not required. The D0-05AA contains 2 output commons and output fuses are not required. Port 1 on the D0-05AA is a 6-pin modular connector that can be connected to a handheld programming device, an operator interface, or other device containing optional programming software, such as DirectSOFT 5. Port 2 is a 6-pin modular connector and it offers RS-232 communications only.

The D0-05AA features TERM (Terminal), RUN, and STOP operating modes that are accessed through a switch on the device. RUN and TEST modes are available from a handheld programming device or DirectSOFT 5 programming software. In RUN mode, if no errors are encountered, no program changes are allowed by the connected device. In STOP mode, no changes are allowed.
