This module can be used in the card slot of any DL05 PLCs to help back up programs on the PLCs and PLC data for an extended period. New Surplus Factory Package: A completely unused product that is in the original factory package. The package may have been opened for the purpose of pictures, but the product has never been used or installed.

New Surplus AX Control Package: A completely unused product that has been removed from the original factory package. Often due to shelf wear or previous shipping, the factory package is not adequate and must be replaced with an ideal AX Control product package.

Reconditioned: All products that qualify as reconditioned have completed AX Control's thorough and detailed QA process and meet the requirements of excellent working condition and excellent cosmetic condition.

Product Description

Manufactured by Automation Direct, the D0-01MC module is a memory module used with the DL05 programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Standard PLC models will use non-volatile flash memory to back up the user's programming; if additional memory retention for programming data is required, then the D0-01MC module is the perfect addition. This module can also support the DL05 PLCs in transferring programs without a programming device or a real-time clock. 

When installing the D0-01MC model into a DL05 PLC, it will directly slide into the open option card slot for extra data backup and PLC programming. When this unit has been installed into any of the PLCs, it also ensures that the CMOS RAM ladder and data have been back upped. If memory transfer on the DL05 and D0-01MC module is required, two pushbuttons on the face of the module will initiate the transfer; the pushbuttons will help designate the direction in which the transfer is going; an LED on the unit will flash to confirm that the memory transfer was successful. When removing or inserting the module into the chosen DL05 PLC, please ensure all power to the primary PLC has been disconnected; if this step is neglected, it could cause damage to the PLC, the D0-01MC module, or both. 

When using the D0-01MC module, all environmental specifications followed by the DL05 PLCs should also be followed when using this module. Some environmental specifications include the storage temperature range, which is -4 to 158°F, and the ambient operating temperature range, 32 to 131°F. For more environmental specifications refer to the second chapter in the DL05 Micro PLC User Manual.
