New Surplus Factory Package: A completely unused product that is in the original factory package. The package may have been opened for the purpose of pictures, but the product has never been used or installed.

New Surplus AX Control Package: A completely unused product that has been removed from the original factory package. Often due to shelf wear or previous shipping, the factory package is not adequate and must be replaced with an ideal AX Control product package.

Reconditioned: All products that qualify as reconditioned have completed AX Control's thorough and detailed QA process and meet the requirements of excellent working condition and excellent cosmetic condition.

About the CM5-T22W

The CM5-T22W is a C-more CM5 Series Touch Panel manufactured by Automation Direct. The CM5-T22W is designed to give users easy access to graphical data, while also being able to transfer data to and from a PLC. The CM5-T22W has the highest display resolution from the C-more CM5 Series at 1920 x 1080 FHD. This unit is largest from the series with a display size of 21.5 inches. 

The CM5-T22W has 90MB of project memory. The unit also has retentive memory capabilities. Some of the retentive memory that the CM5-T22W keeps are:

  • 198 KB of Internal Log Buffer for trends, alarms, and messages 
  • 32 KB of Retentive Tags 
  • 79 KB of Alarm counts and history

The CM5-T22W has LED indicators that allow users to know the status of the HMI. These LEDs will indicate if there is an issue with the unit or if everything is functioning properly. The LEDs are located on the front and back of the CM5-T22W. 

There are also some environmental conditions that the CM5-T22W needs to follow. The unit should be operated from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius, while maintaining a storage temperature of -20 to 60 degrees Celsius. The CM5-T22W should be used in a Pollution Degree II environment, and no corrosive gases should be present.
