About the IS220PDIIH1B

The IS220PDIIH1B is an Isolated Discrete Input Module that was manufactured by GE Energy. The module was designed for the Mark VIe series of turbine controls. The IS220PDIIH1B acts as an electrical interface between one or two I/O Ethernet networks and a point/group isolated discrete input terminal board. 

IS220PDIIH1B I/O Module Specifications

The IS220PDIIH1B can accept up to 16 isolated contact inputs that can be point or group isolated, or a mix of both depending on the terminal and optional board configurations. The terminal board that the IS220PDIIH1B uses is the SDII. The IS220PDIIH1B uses a WDII optional board, which can either be the WDIIH1, WDIIH2, or WDIIH3. The IS220PDIIH1B also has a BPPC processor board in its makeup. 

The IS220PDIIH1B has LEDs that allow users to see the status of the module. The following statuses are displayed on these LEDs:

  • Network 
  • I/O pack 
  • Contact input status

The processor board is used in many other Mark VIe packs, which makes obtaining this board easier.
