Product Description

The GP570-TC21-24VP is one of Pro-Face Xycom’s 10.4-inch Touch Panel HMI units.  This particular HMI is part of the 470/570 series and offers a variety of standard features including a self-diagnosis mode and alarming. This is a CE Marked unit. 

The  GP570-TC21-24VP can easily connect to your PLC, printer, barcode reader, or other components using the ports located on the rear of the unit.  These ports include a serial interface data port, an auxiliary I/O, a tool connector, and a printer port. 

This unit works with a 24 VDC input voltage (+/-20%.)  Power consumption is typically 20W and remains under 50W.   The unit has an Isolation resistance of 500 VDC between the live wire and grounding terminals. 

Do not place this unit in locations where corrosive gases are known to be present.  Additionally, vibration and noise endurance is limited to 10 to 25 Hz (vibration) and 1200 Vp-p (noise.)   When correctly installed, the front panel of the unit has an equivalent IP65f rating.  However, the  GP570-TC21-24VP includes a moisture-resistant gasket located within the bezel on the rear of the unit.  This gasket is designed to help limit the infiltration of dust and other contaminants. Make sure to inspect and replace this gasket when needed to maintain this rating.
