Product Description

The GP47J-EG11 is an HMI from Proface Xycom. This control unit is an all-in-one unit with a touch screen panel designed to reliably stand up to the rugged needs of a factory floor better than an off-the-shelf computer. These devices have been pulled from production and are available from AX Control Inc.

This model is one of the few in the Legacy Display lineup that provides an amber-colored monochromatic interface display. The GP47J-EG11 is one of the models that lack an advanced, compact fluorescent backlight system, given the electroluminescent LCD. The image resolution of this setup is 640 by 400 pixels, rather than 640 x 480 of the other 10-inch models. The brightness capabilities of this unit include two different variations in the brightness levels of the screen, as opposed to the doubled amount of settings for the standard TFT and STN models. The other hardware components that this unit is outfitted with include a serial asynchronous transmission interface, with an RS232C/RS422 port. This unit is equipped with an internal memory for operational applications that totals up to 1 megabyte. Also included is the 32-kilobyte backup memory, formatted as static random-access memory. There is an integrated lithium battery, which the backup memory is designed to utilize.
