Product Description
The IS200EXTBG1A is a circuit board created by GE for the Mark VI control system. The MKVI is one of GE’s Speedtronic steam/gas turbine management control systems.
The IS200EXTBG1A board is used in EX2100 excitation modules for field flashing and protection functions. It supports contact inputs, signal conditioning circuits, and pilot relay contact outputs. The board connects to the EMIO board via the EBKP backplane using cabled connections.
The IS200EXTBG1A has ten relays on its surface. The board is built to accept as many as thirteen relays but the other three places--marked on the board--are empty. These relays are marked for connection to M1 or M2 power supplies, or to C. Additionally, the board has seven female plugs that vary in size. Capacitors may be box capacitors, ceramic, or electrolytic. Resistors are typically CCRs or metal film. Some places are marked for components used in other versions of this board but remain empty. The IS200EXTBG1A has nine integrated circuits and has two conduction sensors. G1 boards are typically used for redundant control in contactor mode. If you need redundant control in breaker mode, refer to our G3 boards. Simplex control falls to similar G2 and G4 boards.
All static sensitive boards shipped from AX Control are properly packaged using anti-static wrapping to protect boards in transit. For more information regarding proper handling, maintenance, and installation of the IS200EXTBG1A please refer to user guides or original manuals from General Electric. Most of our in-stock products will ship the same day you place your order. Please order before 3 pm.
