Product Description

The IS200ESYSH1A  is a System Interface Card for Customer I/O.   It was designed to be used in the EX2100e generation excitation control system, in both the static and regulator versions.  The board interfaces external customer input/output with the control system. 

The IS200ESYSH1A is designed to handle all necessary input and output interfacing.  This includes PT and CT inputs, general-purpose and trip relay outputs, analog input and outputs, as well as digital control inputs.  These interfaces occur through terminal boards mounted on the ESYS board via their terminal strips, which offer pluggable screw terminal connections.   These daughterboards are typically HSSL or HSLA boards. 

The IS200ESYSH1A board itself has isolation transformers that take care of current measurements and generator voltage.  The board can take care of two three-phase PT voltage inputs and two CT inputs.   It can also manage analog inputs (4 to 20 mA or +/- 10 V.)  Additionally, the board supports excitation contact I/Os and has two trip relay outputs that will drive a customer lockout device.
