Product Description

The IS200ECTBG1A functions as an Exciter Contact Terminal Card within the Mark VI series.  The Mark VI was one of the last of the Speedtronic series released by General Electric for the management of gas and steam turbines.  It is an adaptable system that can be used for a variety of applications. Many of the modules in the Mark VI are available in Simplex and triple-redundant form to allow the MKVI to be used on both small platforms and large integrated systems with architectures ranging from single to many modules.   The MKVI is the third of the Speedtronic systems to use triple redundant controls.

The ECTB board comes in two different versions.  The IS200ECTBG1A is designed for use within redundant systems only (please refer to our ECTBG2 boards if you have a Simplex system.)

The IS200ECTBG1A is built with six auxiliary contact inputs.  Contact inputs on the ECTB are powered by the M1 and M2 power supplies.  The board has four general purpose Form-C relay outputs. These are controlled by the EMIO board.  The board also includes two trip contact outputs driving a customer lockout.

The IS200ECTBG1A has two terminal board strips.  There are two three-position plugs located in one corner of the board.  The leading edge of the board has three vertical male connectors. The board also has seven red LEDs (light emitting diodes,) and sixteen integrated circuits.  Various diodes, resistors, and capacitors populate the board. The rear edges of the board have been notched, while the leading edge has four cutouts located along it.
