Product Description

DS382OTIMC Regulator Board/Isolation Module

The DS382OTIMC is a General Electric circuit board module manufactured for use within the Mark IV Speedtronic system.  The Mark IV was the first of these steam or gas turbine management systems from GE to offer TMR architecture, which significantly increased running reliability of the system due to limited downtime caused by an equipment failure.  The DS382OTIMC is available here at  AX Control as an optimized, reconditioned unit that has been fully tested by our trained technicians. The DS382OTIMC has been discontinued by General Electric. 

The DS382OTIMC module is composed of two primary parts.  The first of these is an exterior metal carrier or tray.  This tray has short upward-facing sides with a set of two right-angled flanges located on both the front and back long edges.  These flanges have been drilled through to allow mounting hardware to be installed.  The second part of the module is the circuit board component, which sits within and is connected to the interior portion of the metal tray.   This circuit board is populated by a transistor, a potentiometer, two jumper switches, a vertical pin cable connector, a stab-on connector, resistors, capacitors, and diodes, along with three parallel terminal strips.  The terminal strips, labeled TBA, TBB, and TBC, are each designed with covers.  The surface of the board is printed with a conductive grid pattern.
