Product Description

F31X308PCSG1-Power Connect Card

The F31X308PCSG1 is a PCB component produced by GE for use by the DC-300 drive or within other comparable general purpose drive systems.  GE general purpose drives are powerful and flexible systems used for a variety of purposes, primarily in industrial settings. The F31X308PCSG1 is part of the 531x series of boards; it has an alternate board number of 531X308PCSADG1.  Your system’s user guide or manual will help to establish compatibility with this board series.

The F31X308PCSG1 is a Power Connect Card.  The code 006/4 and the statement “Check Drive Voltage Output For Proper Jumper Location” are etched into the board surface.  It is populated by twelve transformers. These components are placed on the board in two lines of six. These are laminated core transformers mounted in frames.  

The  F31X308PCSG1 has twenty-one stab-on connectors.  Several of these are connected to other components on the board using surface wires.  The board also has twelve header connectors. These are two-pin connectors. They are placed on the board in two lines of six, on either side of the transformers.  It has one male vertical pin cable connector placed in the center of the two lines of transformers.

The F31X308PCSG1 is populated by diodes, ceramic capacitors, metal film resistors, carbon composite resistors, and fourteen fixed electrolytic capacitors marked 104x122aa441.  These are rated 1200 VDC/ 600 VAC.
